Easy going professional looking for a roommate to rent out a bedroom in my 3 bedroom townhouse located in Sanford/Lake Mary area. This would include a private bathroom and floor and is very conveniently located to i4/417, shopping, restaurants, the sun rail and schools. I also have a 3 year old daughter that will be living here as well half of the time and am open to roommates that also have a child. I am open to month to month or a longer term lease depending on preference.
