This person will be working on a brand new project for Steam Turbine Blades. They will lead a team and will have customer interaction-to determine product specs, and to purchase equipment, materials, or parts. They will establish and maintain tooling (including programming CNCs), develop/apply corrective actions that address nonconformance, and create work procedures for the individual steps of the manufacturing process. Assist with process monitoring based on FTQ (1st time quality) and cycle times to hit specified targets. Estimate production times, staffing qualifications and related costs to provide details to management.
